Such a great overall experience

This accommodation was in the central location close to the mountains. There were very comfy beds and coffee and tea/coffee inside the room.

Stunning garden view from here! 🌳 This spot sits in such a pretty area, perfect for getting away from it all.

Almost everything was very good. Everything is okay for my wife too. Quiet location, courteous staff, good value for money.

Actually, the only thing that bothered me was the elevator noises, especially at night. I'm sensitive and sensitive to that, but I'm sure it was an exception. Most people, like my wife was okay with that.

The breakfast buffet was rich and very good. Also the coffee. The staff was very friendly and really hard-working. Also the swimming pool was very nice.

I truly enjoyed my stay, the hotel was ideal and comfortable with excellent wi-fi, the room was modern, spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The indoor swimming pool in the hotel is closed from 13-16 o'clock!

Very nice staff, very good breakfast, not too soft beds. Good location for trips to the Krkonoše Mountains, also the old town of Jelenia Gora is in 10min. Walk attainable. Was a beautiful vacation, i'll come surely again.

We have stayed at this hotel five years ago and wondered if the standard had dropped in that time. It had not! An excellent hotel in a good position to visit the various historic and other places in this extremely beatiful area. The food was excellent with a superb buffet breakfast. The secure parking was appreciated.

The good dinner menue could be a bit more extensive and varied.

Everything was excellent and enjoyed my stay there. the staff was decent and excellent and gave me recommendations. - the standard twin room was recently renovated and air conditioned with a bathroom. - the location was good and peaceful, to a nice pizza restaurant down the road, in a very nice area.

One saving grace for the Mercure, was that the staff were always attentive and pleasant. In spite of that, we wont be returning.

Overall we were very disappointed by the Mercure Hotel in Jelena Gora. The Hotel is basically a commercial, business Hotel with none of the beauty of the countryside in which it is situated. More suited to large coach/ excursion holidaymakers, of which we saw many.Although the Hotel is in Poland there was only one authentic Polish dish on the restaurant menu. In fact considering Mercure is a French company the menu was extremely limited and expensive for what it was.At breakfast time, the food often ran out.One big irritation on our holiday was the disturbance from our room neighbours, especially early in the morning. The room furniture is very noisy and we were frequently awoken by the acoustic sound of slamming wardrobe doors and draws.
